After placing your order one of our social media managers will contact you for an initial consultation to discuss the details of your project, assess your current situation and determine how we can best assist you in reaching your goals.

*Billed Hours will include consultations if our staff is required to speak with clients by phone for more than 15 minutes to discuss the management of a single account. Clients are given a questionnaire to fill out after ordering, which allows them to provide all the information we will need to manage their social media account or provide maintenance services for their website. We ask that clients fill out the questionnaire carefully and return it via email before contacting us so we can provide them with better service.
